At Nescot we are recruiting for a Head of Estates and Facilities.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for an exceptional and experienced estates and facilities professional to implement our campus estate strategy and lead a committed team in the day-to-day operation of the College’s 60-acre campus.
We expect the successful applicant to play a key role in the development and implementation of an ambitious estate strategy. You will be an integral member of the College Management Team.
Duties/responsibilities:
The purpose of this role is to manage Nescot’s 60-acre estate in Ewell, Epsom, providing welcoming, safe and inspiring spaces and services to our community. The role will include some evening and weekend working.

The report recognises that students “enjoy their courses and are motivated to succeed”, and benefit from “highly supportive relationships” with staff. Safeguarding arrangements are “effective” with regular training for staff, and leaders have in place “an effective policy for safer recruitment.”
