At Nescot, we are recruiting for lecturer in Functional Skills English to join our apprenticeships team.

Fixed Term until 31/7/25

What we are looking for:

  • Recent and relevant experience in teaching Functional Skills English
  • Relevant or transferable skills to be able to teach
  • Experience of various teaching of English qualifications, and have the enthusiasm and initiative to give our students the very best learning experience

Duties/responsibilities:

  • Deliver Functional Skills English 6 hours per week, through online sessions
  • Prepare the apprentice for examination, through preparation of learning materials for on line delivery
  • Prepare learning materials in varied formats
  • Promote learner welfare
