At Nescot, we are recruiting for a full-time progress coach to work in our Plumbing Apprenticeship team. This is an ideal first step if assessing and/or lecturing is something you may wish to do in the future.
What we are looking for:
The progress coach will play a vital role in supporting and monitoring the progress of apprentices enrolled in the plumbing Apprenticeship programme taking key responsibility for the first-year apprentices. Your key responsibility will be carrying out the first-year progress reviews and serve as a key liaison between the employer, the apprentice and the College ensuring effective communication and successful learning outcomes for the apprentice. You will be a good communicator, have excellent organisational skills and preferably have a qualification in electrical installation or other construction trade.
