What we are looking for:

  • Experience of using MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel
  • Understanding of the principles of data protection
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and to prioritise work to meet deadlines
  • Achievement of English and Maths at GCSE grade C/ 4 and above, or an equivalent
  • Helpful and friendly manner with good interpersonal skills.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides a helpful and efficient telephone and counter service to students, college staff and public.
  • Processes qualification registrations, examination entries and certification claims.
  • Updates achievement on the student record database and dispatches examination results and certificates.
  • Distributes examinations timetables and other necessary information to students, college staff and public.
  • Ensures the accuracy, reliability and integrity of data.
