We are looking for someone with:

  • An IT-related qualification and previous experience in an IT-based role.
  • Good knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems and cloud services.
  • Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and providing an excellent experience for students and staff.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line IT support to students and staff, troubleshooting issues and supporting hardware, software, AV equipment and College systems.
  • Support the effective day-to-day operation of the Learning Resource Centre.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and technical support, working closely with the LRC and wider IT teams to provide a positive experience for students and staff.
